VIRGINIA (WAVY) — Some of Virginia’s most neglected buildings are getting a second look thanks to social media.

A Lynchburg man put together a new Facebook page, “Abandoned in Virginia.” Since he started the page on Monday, it has gotten more than 50,000 “likes.”

The page features old, historic buildings that have been long abandoned, everything from schools to homes, train stations and warehouses.

The photographed buildings shared and posted on the page come from all over the Commonwealth.
