Women accused of robbing homeless man

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Virginia Beach Police need help finding two women responsible for two 7-Eleven robberies over the weekend.

MPO James Cason with the Virginia Beach Police Department said the robberies occurred in about an hour span beginning around 11 p.m. Sunday into Monday. The first happened at the store located at 4961 Euclid Rd. and the second at 1900 Diamond Springs Rd.

Two heavy-set black females entered the stores armed with handguns. Both were able to get an undisclosed amount of money.

They are described looking to be in their 20s with long braids, pink scarves over their faces and dark pants. One suspect had a black and white sweater on while the other had a blue sweater on. Both were wearing gloves.

Cason said the suspects were seen fleeing in a black 4-door vehicle.

According to police, the same suspects robbed a homeless man outside the Diamond Springs Road store.
