PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Chef Philip Epstein from The Grey Goose Restaurant in Hampton stopped by The Hampton Roads Show Thursday to make a Mardi Gras King Cake.
Chef Epstein is participating in the big History Bites event coming to The Mariners’ Museum next month.
