NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Three public workshops are scheduled this month to discuss linking light rail to Naval Station Norfolk.

The workshops in February come after workshops in June and September of last year, which Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) says focused on travel challenges between The Tide and the Navy base, and how to connect the two.
