Chesapeake Police seek suspects in wallet theft

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Chesapeake Police are looking for two people in connection to the theft of a woman’s wallet.

Kelly O’Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department said a wallet was stolen from a woman eating at a Greenbrier Parkway restaurant on Feb. 3.

A little while later, two unknown females were seen on surveillance video using credit cards from the stolen wallet at a nearby department store. O’Sullivan said the suspects fraudulently purchased almost $3,000 worth of merchandise.
