PD: Portsmouth woman missing since Jan. 14

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Police are asking for help finding a Portsmouth woman who was last seen on Jan. 14.

According to Portsmouth Police, detectives are concerned for 49-year-old Zuleika Sabina Horton because she is dependent on prescription medication for a medical condition, and she did not pick that medication up.

Horton’s family members also told police it is unusual for her to not call or stop by on a regular basis.

Horton is described as a black female, about 5’7″ tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a waist-length black coat and carrying a black duffel bag. Horton is known to frequent the downtown Portsmouth area.
