Icicles create “drippy” situation for Oceanfront statue

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Even though conditions improved at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Wednesday morning, not even royalty was immune to the snow and cold temperatures!

The King Neptune statue looked like it might need a tissue after icicles created a “drippy” situation.

People braved the frigid air to get a look at the Boardwalk and beach covered in snow.
