NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – There’s a lot of musical talent in Hampton Roads, one of them being a 16-year-old harpist.
Lillia Thumma has always had a love for music. She went from playing the piano to strumming the harp and is now making a name for herself. Her story is this week’s “I Am Hampton Roads.”
Lillia’s next performance is March 5 at 7 p.m. at the Sandler Center. There will also be a ribbon-cutting ceremony soon for the new Governor School for the Arts located on Granby Street in downtown Norfolk.
