Suspects sought in armed gas station robbery

Suffolk Police are looking for two suspects after a local gas station was robbed at gunpoint.

Police said the BP gas station in the 600 block of Carolina Road was robbed Wednesday at 9:15 p.m. According to Diana Klink with the City of Suffolk, two black males went into the BP gas station, demanded money, and threatened the clerk with a handgun.

The first suspect was described as a black male, about 5’8” tall, wearing dark shoes, black pants, a blue hoodie with white writing on the back, black cloth gloves, and a hat under the hoodie.

The second suspect was described as a black male, about 6’2” tall, wearing grey-colored shoes, grey pants, white gloves, and a black Nike hoodie with a white “swoosh” on the front.
